Flea Policy

Every pet should be on a flea preventative. If fleas are noticed during check in, pet will be sent home. If they are noticed during the groom, a flea bath will be given at a $30 fee.

Late Policy

Drop off:

Every client has a 15 minute grace period with notice. If you are running late it is imperative that you inform us. Anyone who shows up late without notice will have to reschedule their appointment and a fee of $25 will be added to your next invoice.

Pick up:

You have 1 hour to pick up your pet once completed free of charge. After that there is a $25/hour fee. This is not a daycare/boarding service. Pets are expected to be picked up right away once completed. It is recommended that you make special arrangements for this appointment.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

There is no fee for cancelling an appointment more than 24 hours in advance. However if you cancel or no show within 24 hours, a fee of $25 will be added to your next appointment invoice. If you no show and rebook an appointment, your invoice must be paid in full BEFORE your pet is serviced. If for any reason there are special charges during the groom, that will need to be paid upon pickup.

Refund Policy

We do not give refunds for services completely and safely rendered. However, if you would like anything done differently we will fix it for free within 3 days of the appointment.

Client Dismissal Policy

You may be removed from our client list for any of the following reasons:

  • Your dog can not be groomed safely and humanely. We use muzzles for dogs that may be resistant during the service but if they become too aggressive, they will be sent home and recommended to a vet to be groomed.
  • You have two no-shows within a 1 year period.
  • You have three last minute cancellations in a 1 year period.
  • Your dog shows signs of serious neglect (recurrent extreme cases of matted fur or flea infestations, emaciated skin or broken bones, open and/or infected wounds, etc)
  • Unruly behavior towards anyone on the premises.
  • Non-payment of services rendered. This includes charge-offs, bounced checks, or removing your card on file before a fee can be processed.

Again, Rabies vaccinations are required for service
